Profile

Devin is a graduate of Michigan State University where he studied Russian, Anthropology, and Environmental Economic Policy. After graduating from Michigan State University, he served as a volunteer in Kazakhstan with the Peace Corps for over 2 years. More recently he graduated from Teachers College, Columbia University. He is currently enrolled as a graduate student at Middlebury College. His interests include many cultural, social and political issues throughout the CIS, specifically energy policy, civil society development, and education.
