I have a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Iowa and studied abroad at Toyo University in Tokyo for the 2009-2010 academic year. I currently live in Tokyo working as an English instructor and freelance translator. My hope is to enter a graduate program for international studies, law, or Japanese linguistics within a few years.
