Profile

I recently graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Arabic Studies. Despite what my major might lead you to believe, my real interest is in the history and culture of the Arab world and the study of the Arabic language. Besides the time I spent studying Arabic while at UIUC, I studied the language in Cairo for two months during the summer of 2010 and am currently continuing my studies in Amman, Jordan.
