Profile

Lorel Wilhelm-Volpi is a native Texan who lived for almost 15 years in Europe, in Italy and Germany. She worked as a linguistic consultant, teacher and translator before returning to university for an MBA. She has since worked in business development and marketing, both in the USA and Italy. She is fluent in Italian and has also studied both German and Spanish. Lorel is thrilled to be a part of the Watching America project to help all of us understand more about how other countries see the US, which helps us understand them better in turn.
