Bankrupt … but

The crazy actions that the United States has taken against Syria are not considered friendly, yet it is unsurprising today that the Americans and Europeans have arrived at this depth of decadence.

The scene of this new farce — upon which the West had dropped the curtain since Ambassador Ford made every effort to witness it on his last visit — however, does not sponsor sedition and reviving the fire. … How and why at this particular time did Ford come to Hama? Indeed, the answer to these questions confirms the presence of a continuously dark U.S.-European plan targeting the Syrian land, people and regime. Every time Syria takes a step toward dialogue and reform, America hastily tries to contain this step through the escalation of hostilities in order to tighten their grip on Syria, throw it into the furnace of civil war and despoil its past intrigue, which prompts Syria into subservience and subordination.

Today America and its allies fully dropped their masks to Syria; after failing to ride the wave of Tunisian, Egyptian and Libyan uprisings to serve their interests in the region, they went to Syria in a desperate attempt to achieve their goal. As long as the destructive Western schemes fail to mobilize world public opinion against Syria, they are playing from the inside with their Syrian clients and traitors who pollute the soil with the blood of Syrians recruited into the service of foreign powers. Millions have died because of numerous massacres, the bloodshed of innocent people and the violation of various countries’ sovereignty.

The West brags about freedom, democracy and other such slogans, but these are symbols of dictatorship and the darkness that is crushing and destroying Syria. The actions of the U.S. seem to be a clear violation of U.N. treaties, freedom and human rights. The interference in Syrian internal affairs, Ambassador Ford’s breach of covenants and Washington’s threat to freeze aid to Palestine if it goes to the United Nations to pull for recognition of its independent state are clear violations of international conventions. In addition, they prevented 200 European supporters of Palestine from reaching the occupied Palestinian territories. Also, Israel detained 124 other European supporters just because they expressed their support for the Palestinians and their just cause. … Where was the international community? Why do they turn blind eyes to American, European and Israeli abuses? They commit unlawful or unwarranted interference when it comes to poking into the affairs of Syria.
