Two Democratic Powers’ Intention to Change the World Order

America has interests throughout the world, and because it wants to retain the upper hand, it wants to take hold of all of the mineral wealth, important places and strategic locations of the world; it wants to control the world through intimidation, weaken neighboring countries by inciting conflict and prevent any power from rising against it, whether that power comprises one country or a group of countries. Two countries in Asia have developed to the point where they have become powerful. These countries are Hindustan (India) and China. America desires to create an atmosphere of confrontation between these two and is working hard to do so. By making a civilian atomic agreement with India, it has recognized it as an atomic power. Now it wants to make India its long-term partner and also wants to keep Pakistan under its control. America is deceiving Pakistan by giving it minimal aid and wants to destroy it by trapping it in a war on terror so that India may gain hegemony within the region; Pakistan therefore may not be able to aid China, although China is trying to improve the situation.

Countering India is a necessity for Pakistan, but it is also in China’s interest, which is why Pakistan and China are cooperating on several fronts. The F-17 Thunder planes are the best example of this. In addition to this, the provision of two atomic reactors to Pakistan is a living example of the Pakistan-China friendship, but both America and Bharat (India) object to it. China is preparing to reach an agreement with Pakistan on civilian atomic technology. China’s defense minister stated after talks with Gen. Ashfaq Parvez Kayani in Beijing that he wants to take the Pakistan-China friendship to an extremely high level.

In contrast, America’s attitude toward us cannot be labeled as good. This attitude does not fall within the category of generosity and it does not measure up to the standards of friendship. America’s attitude toward Pakistan is one that employs intimidation and threats in order to use the country in the war against terror. In this way, it is using a cycle of verbal discourse and strategic discussions to gain as much time as it can. If we survey America’s activities and America’s moves with regards to Pakistan-India relations, we will see that America has made a civilian atomic agreement with India, has recognized it as a power in the Indian and Pacific oceans (which has made India arrogant) and has declared India to be indispensable for America.

During the Indian foreign minister’s tour of America, Hillary Clinton wrote an article; John Kerry, so as not to be left behind, also dashed off an article, although he adopted a fairly balanced stance in it. When Secretary of State Hillary Clinton gave a reception in honor of the Indian foreign minister Krishna, the American president, breaking all principles of protocol, insisted on attending and started praising India to high heaven, saying that the power of the world’s two big democracies would give birth to a new world. The only meaning that was extracted from this was that his intention is to change the world order.

Hillary broke all records in praising India and listing its qualities. Then America promised to get India a permanent seat in the Security Council, although it hedged its words. An announcement was made about giving military aid [to India]. America announced that India would be given C-17 transport planes while Pakistan was left asking for them to no avail — the list goes on. Pakistan’s ambassador to the U.S. says that he was shown old F-17 planes because the U.S. had no intention of providing C-17s to Pakistan. Then, to please India, America let it question Dawood Gilani, whose alternate name is David Headley. This had been a long-standing demand from India. Following the interrogation, India handed Pakistan a document of the results. Pakistan has reacted to this by stating that even in this document no new information or fresh evidence has been presented.

The American president Barack Hussein Obama stated that the Mumbai attacks had brought America and India closer together. Why wouldn’t they? It was you [Obama] who had arranged for these attacks to strengthen this relationship between the two countries. Now India’s Urdu and English press is announcing [the president’s statement] at the top of its voice. Through this action, America assured an election victory for [the Indian] Congress. Indian military elements who had been engaged in terrorism and killing Muslims — for example, the colonel and his companions who had been arrested by the honest Hindustani officer Hemant Karkare — were released, and Karkare was assassinated to eliminate all evidence. India has been left free to operate in Afghanistan and engage in anti-Pakistan plots and destructive activities which have caused severe losses to Pakistan.

The Mumbai attacks put pressure on Pakistan, leading it to conduct several [military] operations and now because of American pressure it has moved three army divisions from the Indian border to the vicinity of northern Waziristan, which has lead India to breathe a sigh of relief. America asks Pakistan to engage in formal talks with India to maintain India’s dominant position and earn accolades for itself. America has assured India on behalf of Pakistan that Pakistan is not against India but rather is against terrorism. Whatever weaponry America supplies to Pakistan will be given with the restriction that it not be used against India. America also informed the Indian foreign minister that this time around it was establishing a relationship with the Pakistani people rather than the Pakistani military, and it would also aid them in the areas of water and electricity [supply].

America will provide assistance with science and technology, access to markets, agriculture, health, improving the status of women and supplying a few helicopters. Pakistan has asked the Americans for equipment for complete air mobility including C-17s and Hawk helicopters; for accepting Pakistan as a nuclear power; for drone technology, Hellfire missiles, bunker busters, night-vision goggles, cold-weather sleeping bags; logistical aid; rebuilding ruined schools and homes; planning support and supplying financial aid for development activities. Pakistan and America are engaged in strategic talks and these will continue till August 2010, after which some results will emerge. During this period we are under American pressure to take steps that will aid Indian domination, with which Pakistan now may not agree. For this reason Pakistan is further strengthening its relations with China.

There is a severe lack of trust between us and the Americans. They are engaged in continuous propaganda against us, they incite us using the results of false and childish research, which simply proves our point. Americans have never been anyone’s true friend. They hollow out whoever they claim to be a friend and destroy them slowly. We have been through this experience, now it’s India’s turn. To what extent will it involve itself in the achievement of American ambitions, how far will it accompany America on its path of collision with China? This is not in India’s interest, nor is it in China’s interest. The two Asian powers will fight amongst themselves and American ambitions and interests will reach completion through this confrontation.
