More Constructive Sino-U.S. Cooperation?
In the future over a series of matters there will be collisions and runningin going on frequently between Chinese and US military. There are some points which should not be ignored: first there must be some motivations for runningin from two sides; second, some mechanisms; third, after collision from sticking to each other’s stand both sides must not go too far so situations will not stall and heat up; forth, both sides should actively develop and keep domains of cooperation.
