9/11 and the Mystical Connection to 11

On the eve of the 9/11 anniversary, the New York Lotto surprisingly drew out a winning number of 911. As a result, some 5,000 people were stricken with luck and each of them won a prize of 500 U.S. dollars, an equivalent of about 15,000 N.T. dollars.
