U.S. Hires Company Linked to Israeli Intelligence to Attack Cuba

Washington hired Shlomo Shamir, president of the board of directors of the Israeli company RRsat Global Communications, to disseminate through their satellite system a series of “spam” and encrypted messages within Cuba. For many years, Shamir managed a company that the NSA (U.S. National Security Agency) claims is linked to Unit 8200 of the Israeli Intelligence Corps.
Shamir was a member of the Israeli armed forces for 24 years and then retired with a Brigadier-General rank. During 2001 and 2009 he headed Nice-Systems, a company with offices in the United States. This company specializes in surveillance and geo-location systems. In addition, they focus on the control, assessment and analysis of various voice communications and other forms of wire and electronic taps that are common in the world of espionage.
On May 16, 2011, Shamir's appointment as director of the RRsat was made public. He replaced Gilad Ramot, another highly ranked ex-military, who headed this company that had been hired to electronically attack Cuba. The author, journalist and researcher, James Bamford in his book, “The Shadow Factory: The Ultra-Secret NSA from 9/11 to the Eavesdropping on America,” mentioned the company Nice Systems, which was published by the editorial Doubleday in October 2008. Bamford revealed that Nice Systems is also known as Checkpoint, Verint, Comverse, NICE Systems and PerSay Voice Biometrics, which the FBI and the NSA allege all form part of Unit 8200 (the equivalent of the NSA in Israel).
The ex-producer and author of the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) was shocked to learn that a large number of all telephone communications within the U.S. are being transmitted with the use of Israeli technology. Therefore, in his opinion, the fact that these companies can potentially have access to top-secret and highly classified digital information poses a threat to the U.S.*
The previously mentioned Israeli companies were founded predominately by ex-specialists of the Unit 8200 and therefore are still very much connected with the services of the Israeli Intelligence Corps. The U.S. office of RRsat is now headed by David Riel, founder and current director of one of the boards within the Israeli company. This office will attempt to broadcast encrypted military intelligence content and spread via satellite communications U.S. propaganda within television programs in Cuba.
The content of the broadcast delivered by RRsat will be regulated from Miami directly by members of the Office of Cuba Broadcasting (OCB)-a Federal entity against propaganda in Cuba who also owns Radio and TV Marti.
