American Realism

Those familiar with U.S. policy are well aware that when Washington wants to reverse course or search for a way out, it prepares the appropriate atmosphere for this in order to make it seem as though the U.S. is the one that solved the problem or won, under the title of “realism” or “pragmatism,” as politicians like to describe it. Were it not for this, matters would be extremely difficult for any U.S. administration facing the opinion of its public, to whom it lies thousands of times a day.

A few days ago, we read in the news that a U.S. airstrike over al-Shaddadi in the countryside, around al-Hasakah, killed an Islamic State leader of Arab ethnicity, and that this terrorist was responsible for planting mines, transporting explosives, receiving arms from Libya, facilitating the crossing of militants into Syria, and on and on.

All of these dirty deeds were performed by a single terrorist, and the United States of America killed him!

By leaking this news, Washington wants to say that it is possible to stop the flow of terrorists and arms into Syria after this awful period in the war against Syria, and that this would be because of the U.S. air strikes on the Islamic State group: In other words, the U.S. is the one with a head start in preparing to eradicate terrorism from the region.

This story came at the same time that Washington published the daily cost of the “war on terror,” which began last August when the United States entered an alliance with some 60 countries, most of which had supported terrorism, funded it, and armed and trained its mercenaries. Up until now, the airstrikes have cost $3 billion according to the Pentagon. This was another U.S. attempt to blackmail the Kingdom of the Wahhabis* and those rich buggers who are allied with it so that it will be the protector of their unstable thrones. The shrapnel that has resulted from the throne of the Wahhabi Kingdom of Evil breaking away from the terrorism they participated in creating has begun to cause self-inflicted damage in the cities of al-Qatif, al-Damam, and others in al-Ta’if. It has also forced them to become entangled in a dirty war on Yemen, the undertaking of which was facilitated by the United States in order to bog them down in a swamp they will only be able to emerge from by completely submitting to America’s will. This comes after a period of “insubordination,” in which they attempted to appear to be an independent actor, particularly in regards to the Iranian negotiations with major powers about its peaceful nuclear program. The Israeli devil and the French blackmailer encouraged their rebellion.

All of these factors have left the Kingdom of the Wahhabis searching for a joint way out of fighting terrorism in the region. This has become clear in their attempt to get Russia to mediate, inevitably based on Washington’s consent. This will not exempt them from paying the price of their rebellion against the White House. The cost will be greater than what other regimes linked with the USA have paid. They have tried, from time to time, to demonstrate their independence and to act without Washington’s permission. This is what Turkey tried to do by amassing Turkish troops on the Syrian border, while hinting that it was going to enter a ground war or establish buffer zones. This occurred without anyone knowing where such actions might lead if crazy Erdogan executed a Samson policy after his party’s defeat in the Turkish parliamentary elections, whose results were a strong blow to his leadership. Turkey quickly retreated explaining that its move toward the borders was only to protect its land.

It is well known that the regimes linked to Washington, both the rebellious ones and the obedient ones, cannot move a single step forward or backward in any battle they launch or want to withdraw from, except at the behest of the American master; let them learn from Washington how to make preparations for changing course or dealing with “realism.”
