China, Cuba and Other Countries Should Conduct Military Exercises in America’s Southeast Maritime Space
With regards to the joint military exercises, the Chinese are not able to cry out or make concessions. They will have to come up with a strategy that allows them to fight back. After North Korea’s resistance against the United States, China suffered great humiliation along with the East Asian military alliance for a number of years, without any way out! The best type of response and counter against American–Korean joint military exercises is to announce that China is taking the lead to organize Cuba and other countries to enter American waters and perform military exercises, using the American reasoning that “no one has the right to interfere” and “this shouldn’t be taken as a threat toward America.”
Cuba’s joint military exercises with other countries have taken place near the southern coast of America, namely near southwest Florida (the Gulf of Mexico) and international waters in the east — similar to the southwest peninsula of North Korea (the Yellow Sea and the Korean Strait) and in the east (Sea of Japan). This is a tit-for-tat strategy, which closely resembles America and Korea’s joint military exercises in July. The joint military exercises are expected to last through September and October but could last as long as through spring of next year.
There are six benefits that can result from Cuba conducting joint military exercises with other countries south of the United States.
1. It is a tit-for-tat strategy: an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. This makes America feel the same pain that China feels.
2. It is a way to support North Korea, Cuba, Pakistan and other allied countries as well as Iran. Castro analyzed the sinking of the Tian An warship by supposing that it is a conspiracy against North Korea in order to manipulate China. In reality, this is a way to support China and North Korea.
3. It is a way to protect our rights in the East China Sea and the South China Sea. By training the Chinese navy in distant waters, we can strengthen ties with Latin American countries and counter America.
4. China plays a major role in global politics, and this will be advantageous for China as it rises to power. At best it could unite Russia, Cuba, Mexico and other countries. Russia, Cuba and Mexico have all suffered economic sanctions, pressure and invasion from the United States. All we need is an appropriate strategy and a common interest, and it is very likely that we will unite together to perform military exercises. All we need is successful organization so we can arouse peace-loving countries around the world and people who have the zeal to fight for what’s right. By doing so, we can really protect world peace and solidify growth. The Cuban Missile Crisis was formative to America’s sense of security; Russia need not bow its head.
5. America has always drawn particular attention to strength, holding up its military force and prestige. We only need to display our hard power along with diplomatic and cultural (soft) powers. By combining political, military, cultural and economic strategies, we will be able to fight those who oppose the Chinese and who have made hostile invasions into Chinese territory.
6. If China is prompt in retaliating against America, then it will not only be advantageous in protecting our rights in the East China Sea and in the South China Sea, it will also be advantageous in speeding up the process of peacefully unifying with Taiwan, protecting the common interest of the Chinese people and expediting China’s peaceful rise to a glorious and flourishing state.

The PRC should try naval exercises in Caribbean/Gulf. It’s not North Korea; they couldn’t do it so far from supply and unprotected by an unwillingness to encroach on their territory. A great laugh it would be at the paper dragon.
