Would the US Sacrifice Israel?
After the failure of U.S. and Israeli plots to displace the people of Gaza and eliminate resistance in southern Lebanon, the U.S. may have come to realize how much its international standing has declined due to its subservience to Israel. It may now view Israel as the biggest obstacle to achieving its goals and expanding its influence. Beyond eroding the U.S. from within, Israel has become threatening for the U.S. internationally, and is dragging the U.S. down with it. Israel is attempting to implement the fantasies of opportunistic, ignorant clerics who live under the influence of ideologies shaped by ancient fanatics 3,000 years ago.
Within the U.S., activities of the enemies of both Israel and Donald Trump's administration continue to expand. U.S. public opinion has largely turned against Israel and its evil narrative, openly opposing politicians who support Israel at the expense of U.S. domestic and foreign interests. The American people are now taking to the streets in unprecedented numbers to protest the war that Trump's administration was drawn into.
Therefore, Trump has no choice but to employ the fox’s trick with the fleas: He tactically retreats so that the U.S. maintains its position, while shedding Israel's burdens.
The fox's trick can be summarized as follows: When the fox's fur is filled with fleas, the fleas annoy it to the point that the fox becomes rabid, reckless and driven out of its mind by their stings and bloodsucking. The fox is unceasingly and inescapably irritated and tense, until it becomes weak, restless and unable to find comfort.
Faced with this torment, the fox takes a logical step: it looks for a piece of wool, readily available in the pastures, carries it in its mouth and heads to a water source where it can immerse its body. The fox then sinks into the water; when the fleas feel the water, they move from the submerged part of the body to the dry part. The fox slowly continues to immerse itself in the water until its whole body is submerged. By then, the fleas have left its body and gathered on the wool. After that, the fox leaves the wool with the fleas in the water and retreats, leaving the fleas to their fate.
Trump's behavior in this war is unorthodox. He remains silent about the activities of the America First group, witnessing the changes within the U.S. and ignoring them. Meanwhile, he lashes out at those he once considered America’s allies, who have abandoned him in his predicament with Iran. Despite all this, he insists on continuing the war, which has inflicted heavy losses on both the U.S. and Israel. The bombardment of Israel continues, and the U.S. has almost lost its bases in the Arabian Peninsula. Everyone is watching but not acting, even those who are taking the blows. Is what’s happening part of the "fox strategy" to rid the U.S. of the Zionist lobby, which has burdened it with its greed and fantastical, biblical delusions that can never be realized?
