America Is a Slightly Greater Superpower than Qatar

In the Syrian conflict, international diplomacy plays an almost integral role. Will the invasion in Damascus begin, or will it not? Generally speaking, this issue has become a stumbling block in Washington-Moscow relations and, according to many experts, Russia is winning the duel against the U.S.

Obama was forced to get involved in Syrian History

Today our foreign policy looks brilliant, even though it can only be judged by the final result; and in perspective, this result seems to be pretty doubtful. Obama was forced to get involved in Syrian affairs, which left him in an unfavorable and idiotic position. He has always been against such a policy, but he was forced. This indicates that even if the American president stands his ground and tries to stick to his course deliberately and delicately, he would be pressed brutally, and then presented as an idiot! In this situation he couldn’t avoid looking like a dummy: he had no choice. In this sense, our president has an advantage.

A man who finds himself in Obama’s shoes should blame himself, a normal man with a clear mind cannot let himself be put into that kind of situation. However, he can also be sympathized with. It’s beyond everything but American political ethics. Russia is a country with a lot of issues. Putin has a lot of problems with Russian elites, with different branches of power. He’s neither a revolutionary nor a sadist, but a person who is not really prone to sharp, risky and forced solutions, especially in his own environment. However, compared to the American president, he is simply a king.

The functional subordination of the American president is now very well seen. Obama did his best to roll the dice with representatives from different groups and not to show changes in America’s political trajectory. However, the situation in which he could avoid the action he did not want to take gives him a worse image than if he would have taken these actions.

It seems that Obama is scared to death

In a past cycle of preparing for the Syrian operation, American administration went through all phases of personal humiliation, including open confessions of carrying out paid services for the Gulf monarchies. Who else would have the heart to somehow pursue the meaningless American goals, objectives and values in this business? America is a slightly greater superpower than Qatar. For Qatar, to get hired to get stinky job done, a job with crude violations of logic, common sense and international law … Well, I don’t know … At least until now I thought that if the Americans did it, they would at least never admit it.

It’s hard to believe that Obama’s hawkish fringe will calmly watch how Syrian weaponry is being handed over to international control. It’s not rocket science to spread some chemical junk around and fabricate a two-bit video that supposedly incriminates the Syrian army. It’s even easier to do it in Israel, or, let’s say, Turkey. And then they will throw a thunderous tantrum. They will claim: “How can we trust the government, that being caught red-handed once will do the same thing in another country with unprecedented impudence?! This evil must be punished!” Etc … And it’s really hard to imagine how it can be prevented. It seems that Obama is scared to death.
