Controlled Chaos

Floods of people have poured into Europe. Thousands upon thousands are crossing the Mediterranean in fragile rafts, boats and rusty barges. Some make it to shore; others are fish food. The survivors clamber up seaside cliffs and – crawling, crying and wailing – make for the heart of Europe. The people bring with them their sufferings, their physical and spiritual illnesses. They hate and holler. Their world is chaos. This is a terrible migration. Europe is wringing its hands, unsure of what to do. The flow of human magma is too unexpected, too massive to handle.

There is a common phrase at political science symposiums and forums known as “controlled chaos.” This is a theory supposedly developed at Berkeley: The idea is to create global chaos and take advantage of the lack of structure to rule the world. We can see this theory working itself out in Europe today.

First, the Americans set off a few “demographic bombs” in North Africa. They took out the heavy-handed authorities in Libya, Iraq and Syria; once those countries were freed from their internal and external supports, they collapsed into mush. Now they’re overrun by destruction, hatred, violence and pain. A subtle and skilled hand then sent the crazed and turbulent chaos that reigns in North Africa across the Mediterranean. Entire companies, funded by the West and the CIA, are working to transport migrants. Docks are being built, boats obtained and drivers hired to take people across the sea to Europe.

Europe, on the receiving end of this wave of humanity, this controlled chaos, has no idea what to do. The European Union is crumbling. Countries are trying to close their borders, to render them impermeable. The Schengen zone is dying, and human rights are vanishing. Europe is undergoing disastrous changes. All this has come about thanks to the controlled chaos weapon invented and implemented by America.

It might seem like all this is going on far from Russia, but that’s an illusion. All the conditions necessary for a massive demographic explosion exist right next to Russia in the expanse of Central Asia. There are frail, brittle governments there just waiting to crumble. The Uzbek city of Fergana, where sedition is brewing. Zhanaozen in Kazakhstan, where a revolt was recently suppressed. Kyrgyzstan, whose recent revolution has yet to simmer out completely. Each of these regions could turn into massive demographic bombs in the blink of an eye. The fallout from these uprisings, the wave of Central Asian chaos, will rush to the North. It will break upon Russia, upon a land of peace and prosperity. We must pay close attention to what is going on there. The Islamic State group too is a threat moving into Central Asia.

China and Russia are growing closer economically, politically and culturally. They are also increasing military cooperation, since the Islamic State group can only be resisted with Russian and Chinese cooperation. China, which has large Muslim enclaves and isn’t about to accept a Muslim uprising in Xinjiang, is afraid of the Islamic State group.

A demographic bomb has already exploded along Russia’s borders. Former Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov, motivated by some strange commercial or political interest, allowed massive numbers of foreigners into the city during his tenure. Millions of Azerbaijanis and Central Asians moved in. These people flooded into Russia and filled our markets, stores and kiosks. They didn’t go to work in factories building submarines or cars. They didn’t fill our universities, contributing new knowledge. They spent all their time doing business, counting their money. They amassed huge fortunes and bought themselves comfortable Moscow apartments. They started penetrating the halls of power. They wormed their way into the Russian government, giving patronage to their countrymen and fellow Muslims. The controlled chaos we’ve talked about is already a reality. The theory of controlled chaos needs to be taught in our universities, as well as at intelligence and national security academies.

America invented the atomic bomb and was the first one to use it, thus committing a terrible crime against humanity. The bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were unleashed on all humanity. Now America has invented the demographic bomb and used it first on North Africa. It will certainly use it on Central Asia next. All this speaks of the atomic explosions set off 70 years ago.

How can we resist? How can we fight back? This isn’t a matter for columnists. It’s not the idle speculation of a writer or artist. This is an urgent matter for intense, thorough research and study in all intellectual circles.

The academic Sakharov once suggested hiding atomic bombs on the sea floor near the U.S. coastline. If a world war broke out, a plane or submarine could activate the bombs so they exploded in the water. The U.S. wouldn’t be hurt by alpha or gamma rays, nor by the blast from these atomic “mines.” The damage would come from the enormous tsunami that would wipe out civilization along the American coast. The demographic bombs set off today work the same way — by sending in a wave of destruction.
