Robin Koerner

Robin founded Watching America in 2004, largely motivated by the apparently huge gap between American views of its second war against Iraq and those of the rest of the world. He is a dual British and American citizen. He has been a political and economic commentator since 2011, when he became known for creating the "Blue Republican" movement of Democrats and Independents. Since then he has consulted primarily (and often quietly) on political messaging (including for a presidential candidate) and worked in the educational sector. His abiding interest is in communicating across ideological and cultural divides. He has written extensively for the Huffington Post, the Foundation for Economic Education and the Brownstone Institute and is currently studying for a PhD in epistemology.
