The Western Media

The Western media has taken a shocking position. It has disregarded its objective neutrality to support one party in the al-Sisi conflict going on in Egypt. This blatant bias raises a lot of questions. It would not be journalistically responsible for us to publish pictures of crowds from one side and write lies under them, claiming that it depicts the other side that we happen to support. This is a major mistake for an American television channel, but it happens on Al-Jazeera and nothing happens!

The media has abandoned morals and ethics to favor one side in an attempt to throw fuel on the fire and incite unrest. This does not help address the recent bloody events or a populace that is possibly more divided than at any other point in history. Here we should note that there is an obvious shortcoming in Egyptian foreign media, as we do not have the means to address Western capitals during these difficult times.
