Donald Is Disappointed in Vladimir
It is ridiculous, but at the same time deeply disturbing how the American president displays his incompetence in world politics.
Donald is “very disappointed” in Vladimir. He rolled out the red carpet for him in Alaska, staged a completely fruitless “peace conference,” improved the global standing of this aggressor who is, to a certain extent, ostracized internationally, was already looking forward to winning the Nobel Peace Prize — and then Vladimir Putin, unmoved, continued to cover Ukraine in death and destruction while now preparing a large offensive for the fall. At the same time, Putin appeared together with Chinese dictator Xi Jinping and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un at an ultranationalist military parade. All this at a “the West is History” festival.
An Amateur in World Politics
So much for the efforts to court Putin in order to keep him away from China. This demonstrates undeniably that the president of the United States of America is a complete amateur in world politics. Someone who serially fires foreign policy experts, replaces them with clueless real estate agents and evidently only trusts his own narcissism.
All of this was already known before. It did not bother a slim majority of voters, and now we are faced with more years of a presidency that has so far only been “successful” in one respect: transforming the United States into an authoritarian state. It will reach the point of no return when the Supreme Court finally upholds Trump’s power grab for an “imperial presidency.”
