The United States exploited the protests that occurred in several Arab countries, riding the wave of so-called reform and change and wreaking havoc throughout the Arab homeland — from Tunis in the West to Syria in the East, passing through Egypt, Yemen and Sudan, which it insisted on dividing into two countries to realize the interests of its ally Israel and sow discord between the countries of the Nile basin.
When it comes to the Palestinian issue, the United States has, in the era of the Obama administration, moved from a dangerous phase of supporting the Zionist entity and concealing its crimes to a more dangerous phase of guaranteeing Israeli security absolutely, while pressuring the Palestinians to accept the theory of a Jewish Israel, abandon the right of return and accept the effects of the settlement of occupied Arab lands.
