A President for Romania

First of all, if Barack Obama becomes president, it will mean that only now, The War of Secession between North and South will be over. With a president of colour, son of a black muslim and a white woman, America will have won a great victory with itself, over the cruel racism and convulsive past. It is a message for the entire earth, a message that John McCain, the proud white anglo-saxon can not offer to anyone. What’s more, Obama as the most important president in the world would also mean a major change in the masses’ way of evaluating and making choices. Bush was elected as a primitive political animal, uneducated, even ridiculous, but with the appearance of a determined and God loving politician – uncouth and straight from the people.

But what gives me hope, as a Romanian from the land of far far away, is the fact that all the money spent on Obama’s propaganda and promotion is not for fools, stupid nor drunks.
