Bush received a beautiful kiss on his cheeks from Mountazar Al-Zaydi, thanking him for the service he rendered to Iraq on the occasion of the anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The kiss had the taste of the freedom that was consolidated in Iraq by Bush, son of the American prairies. It had also the taste of the peace he has brought to the land of Mesopotamia!
A first strike, and then a second, and it was over. Mountazar did not wait for Arab speeches, slogans and weeping to produce what he has for a long time been waiting for , like the rest of those who were waiting to take revenge for the attack on Iraqi and Arab dignity.
The man did not need a tank, pistol, Kalashnikov, or military or suicidal group … All he needed was to be a true Iraqi.
He did not need logistic planning since Americans still hadn’t paid attention to the requirement of denuding all Arab journalists at press conferences following the example of that U.S. woman sexual pervert soldier who abused Iraqi prisoners at Abu Ghraib prison.
Perhaps they hadn’t paid attention to the fact that their girl was making unprecedented American progress in the field of human rights. Perhaps Bush should have brought with him to his conference in Iraq, instead of journalists, a column of American girls, like those who dance in boxing or NBA arenas between rest periods, so that if a girl throws something at him it will only be a red swimsuit bearing the colors and stars of the American flag.
Since September 11, Americans have been talking about the need to know the Arab culture, Arabic language and Arab people. Bush discovered something about this culture when Zaidi made him dance to the right and then to the left with two strikes with the shoe from the center of the group of journalists.
Bush will not leave the White House with a mind empty of the Arab culture. His advisers in weapons of mass destruction will explain to him that a shoe strike is the ultimate humiliation and dishonor in the Arab culture. He will even become more familiar with the local Iraqi culture when he learns that the Arabic world ‘Kalb’ does not merely mean a ” Dog” in English, but is also used to insult and humiliate.
Bush, and his peers who were accidentally brought into politics, will learn that he is the only person on Earth who still forces his mind to believe that he has done a good job by occupying Iraq; otherwise U.S. lawyers would not have decided to join the list of 200 who will defend the “Al-Baghdadiya” journalist.
That strike with the shoe tangibly revealed that Bush is the only one who still regards as a fool the whole world that knows today that it was all a kind of video game that Bush wanted to play amid Iraqi civilization.
The World’s press, of every hue, covers the story in detail, carefully indicating that the humiliation of situation by referring to the symbolic importance of the strike with a shoe.
And the comments are limitless. Bush will not leave the White House with empty hands. He will remember the goodbye kiss for the rest of his life, for it is a more expensive gift than all of the gifts given to him by Arab leaders and Arab officials for disseminating peace and freedom in Iraq and changing the map of the Middle East.
Thank you Mountazar; you have scared Bush, who is proud of his evil grandeur, by using only your shoes – even if he did pretend not to be frightened. Thank you for making fun and a mockery of him everywhere. You made him a good subject for people and caricaturists who will be competing to make funny images of the world’s most brilliant leader who is, by the way, a good shoe strike dancer!
very good article.
as an american this man is my hero for throwing that shoe.
our journalists are cowards for not throwing their shoes and for not asking the right questions before we invaded iraq.
most americans are imperialists in their hearts and think they have a right to police the world.
