Chavez's Murderers Named

The order to “kill” Chavez was given publicly Nov. 17, 2010 by Congressman Connie Mack, who was then the mouthpiece for the farthest right of the ultra-right in Florida and led by the ultra-right Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen. She is associated with the Cuban-American Miami mafia that has been responsible for innumerable assassination attempts against the Cuban leader Fidel Castro.

Mack’s exhortation to assassinate the Bolivarian leader and Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez was uttered before hundreds of witnesses and participants in a fascist summit at the Capitol in Washington, organized specifically with the proposal to overthrow Chavez.

The discourse of the now ex-representative clearly confirms the existence of a plot hatched by the Venezuelan ultra-right under the tutelage of the United States intelligence services and with the complicity of the Cuban-American mafia.

The coup plan was laid out in Washington when Mack ran the forum called “Danger in the Andes” together with Otto Reich, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Roger Noriega.

At that time, President Chavez denounced the existence of a plan against him in which groups of extreme right Venezuelans had collected “$100 million to pay anyone who assassinated him.” According to a report from the international channel TeleSur, Chavez then declared that the president of the private television company Globovision, Guillermo Zuluaga, was a fugitive of Venezuelan justice and was being harbored in Miami by the State Department as a chief in the conspiracy.

Evo: If something happens to Chavez, the responsibility falls on this congressman.

Mack’s words, expressly suggesting an assault on the Venezuelan leader, were later underlined by Bolivian President Evo Morales at the start of the Ninth Conference of Ministers of Defense of the Americas that occurred in Bolivia at the same time.

“I said, this congressman (Mack) is a confessed assassin or a confessed conspirator of the President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez. If something happens to the life of Hugo Chavez, the only responsible party is this congressman from the United States,” declared the leader.

Connie Mack’s words, identifying the most recalcitrant leaders of the White-Cuban mafia of Miami, were a “green light” to calculate a planned assassination on the life of the Bolivarian Revolution’s leader, says an expert who insisted on remaining anonymous.

The neo-Nazi court forum unrolled under the auspices of Congress and had as its star the Cuban-American Congresswoman Ros-Lehtinen, then designated by her party as a kingpin of foreign policy in the House of Representatives, with Connie Mack at her right hand for Latin America.

A few weeks after the anti-Chavez forum, Mack reiterated his proposal that the United States include Venezuela on its infamous “Terrorist Sponsor List” and proposed a full embargo on the country before the Conservative Political Action Committee, a meeting that serves to allow potential aspiring Republican candidates to measure their support.

Mack dedicated practically all his speech to Chavez, whom he described as a “thugocrat” who uses “weapons” like “oppression, aggression, terrorism, and drugs” to “destroy freedom and democracy throughout Latin America.”

According to a report from the international channel TeleSur, Chavez then declared that the president of the private televisor Globovision, Guillermo Zuluaga, was a fugitive of Venezuelan justice and being harbored in Miami by the State Department as a chief in the conspiracy.

A participant in the coup, Zuluaga was one of the most visible “speakers” at the neofascist forum in Washington. “The owner of this television channel (Globovision) who is a criminal, has the nerve to go to the United States Congress and rant about his country, his government, and this president,” Chavez then said.

The Cuban-American mafia associated with the CIA was part of the assassination plot against John F. Kennedy. Its hand was seen recently in the assassination attempt against Evo Morales in Santa Cruz in 2009, against Rafael Correa in 2010 and in the fascist coup in Honduras that brought Roberto Michelettie into power.

The assassination attempts against the Cuban leader Fidel Castro were all hatched in Miami with the complicity of the CIA, and with assassins such as Luis Posada Carriles, Orlando Bosch, Guillermo Novo Sampol, Pedro Remon, Gaspar Jimenez, Armando Valladares. Except for the deceased Bosch, all continue to live in the United States, with the absolute protection of the American government and actively supporting the conspirators targeted and vilified by the highest authorities of this country today.

Ros-Lehtinen, Anti-Socialist and Fervent Zionist

A week after the arrest in Caracas of the Salvadoran terrorist Francisco Chavez Abarca in July 2011, the Republican Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen participated in an event organized by Venezuelan coup groups under the control of the CIA: the Independent Venezuelan American Citizens and Venezolanos Perseguidos Politicos en el Exilio, alongside Patricia Poleo, who is suspected of complicity in the assassination of the Venezuelan prosecutor Danilo Anderson, and of the ex-military fugitive Jose Antonio Colina, responsible for attacks that occurred in diplomatic offices in Caracas in 2003.

The presence of Ros-Lehtinen alongside supporters of the use of terrorism against the Bolivarian Revolution is not surprising: The Republican representative attended a public event on Apr. 6, 2008 put on by a terrorist organization in Miami linked to the CIA, which was attended by the international terrorist Luis Posada Carriles whose “Defense Fund” presided.

It is striking that among her manifestations of support for the dirty attacks against President Hugo Chavez, which continue after his death, and her usual rhetoric against Cuba, Ros-Lehtinen cares so much about the interests of Israel and defends its worse actions.

The representative devotes a lot of energy in Congress not only to the defense of Israel but to the alliance of American interests and the geopolitical interests of the state, in support of the 4,000 pro-Israel lobbyists that can be found in Washington.

Without a doubt, the tiring Zionist proselytizing of Ros-Lehtinen, her numerous visits to Israel and the control that she has over the Middle East issue in the House Committee on Foreign Affairs reveals that she faithfully executes tasks guided by Israeli intelligence. This is something very worrying considering its sinister reputation.

Remember that on July 25, 2004, in full debate over the revoked referendum, the dead former President Carlos Andres Perez, whose ties to the U.S. intelligence committee have been demonstrated in an article published in El Nacional, a Caracas newspaper, did not hesitate to confess: “I am working to remove Chavez [from power]. Violence will allow us to do this. Chavez must die like a dog.”
