Trump Has Transformed the White House into a House of Chaos
Donald Trump is responsible for the start of the most chaotic U.S. presidential term in the last century, and everything indicates that things could become more twisted because the leader of the world's greatest power does not appreciate how important it is to generate a sense of restraint, stability and control.

The latest victim was White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, whom Trump sacked on Friday, just a day after the new White House communications director, Anthony Scaramucci, threw a string of insults at him. Trump replaced Priebus with a retired four-star general, John Kelly, who has no political experience. Kelly’s greatest credential for the post is the loyalty that he seems to profess to the president. But nothing will serve to create order in an administration that is characterized by its inefficiency, primarily because that would require overcoming Trump’s unpredictable nature, the true cause of so much confusion.
Priebus occupied one of the most important positions in the government, but never got to assume complete power, because he never had the trust of Trump, whose network of advisers and leadership work as if they were running a liquor store, behind one another’s backs. Priebus’ appointment was a compromise through which the president tried to win the Republican Party, as Priebus had spent his entire career training for the job, and was sponsored by the powerful house speaker, Paul Ryan. With this dismissal, Trump burns the already weak bridges with his party, which has already shown that it will not grant him any blank checks. Everything points to a totally sterile legislature.
