Murdoch Makes Policies in America!

It might be a great comfort to us to say that it has become a characteristic of successive American administrations to invariably support Israeli policies. We might also say that American public opinion is different because Americans believe in Arab and Palestinian rights which are “crystal clear”!

However, it is not that way things work. Americans are damnably under the impression that Israel is a victim of Arab “barbarism” and “obstinacy” and that the same enemies threaten both Israel and America – Islam, extremism and terror. Behind the brainwashing of Americans in particular and Europeans in general stand a secret army personalities devoted to inspire Zionist thoughts by influencing American and European public opinion regarding the Middle East conflict.

One of those figures is 78-year-old Rupert Murdoch, the American businessman of Australian roots depicted as a media tycoon and “kings’ maker”, described by CNN founder Ted Turner as the “most dangerous man on earth”.

Murdoch’s empire, News Corp., includes 175 daily newspapers all over the world, a cinematographic production and distribution company “Century Fox Studio” and 35 television channels, with the Americans’ favorite “Fox News” at the top, targeted at the five continents. News Corp.’s holdings include the “Wall Street Journal”, purchased in 2007 for $5 billion, the public-trusted “New York Post” and the British “Times”.

And with the aim of veiling his political intentions, Murdoch does not talk about the partiality to Israel he inherited from his Jewish Irish mother. He does belong to Israel just religiously. Actually, Murdoch believes that Israel is the symbol of Western civilization and hegemony in the Islamic and Arab countries and is, therefore, doing its duty. On the other hand, Murdoch fancies himself as the herald of a sacred mission, which is enhancing the attitudes of the conservative right to the effect that strict and arrogant thoughts are the only way to deal with third world people.

Moreover, despite the fact that these political views are easily abandoned if they clashed with his business (evidently, the deals he sealed with the “communist” China!) Murdoch uses his media influence to wage crusades against what is not Western or what contradicts the ideas of the conservative right. And starting from this, all his media tools stood behind the policies of former President George W. Bush, desperately defending the inexcusable invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan and inciting Americans against the Arab and Muslim world, depicting it as the world of terror, bloodshed and coercion.

My dear readers, please be reminded that Rupert Murdoch is a ring in a very long chain!
