Washington and the Issue of Operations

The U.S. position on what is happening in Egypt shifts according to remarks by American officials. It is sometimes disclosing, sometimes suggesting and often merely confusing, but at all times it is ticking close to Israeli interests.

Many have read the Israeli position in these remarks, and many have used them as an index for Israeli interests in the data, which have for the most part, provided a complete account of Israel’s concerns. The intensification of U.S. communications demonstrates developments that cannot be lost on any observer. In the forefront of events, the practical political choices have already progressed beyond those that had been discarded, after having been bet on throughout the past decades.

There has been a shift in position, which colors the remarks and reveals the truth that has been hidden since day one, and, in turn, the pace of escalation reveals an area of surprise that was supported by Western political organizations, particularly the aforementioned U.S. government.

Since it was Israel that carried out many official inquiries because they failed to predict what happened, the Americans can change their position and alter their path, not forgetting to be alert for a number of contradictory reactions.

Today the U.S. administration has decided on its position, and it is oriented towards a specific formula that has been issued like an Israeli operation. The presence of this position has quickly spread its presence on Western diplomats.

During the last few hours the capitals of the West, which have hesitated to antagonize Egypt through statements and positions about succession, have changed their tone and terms, as if reproducing the expression in different ways until they have to be interrupted.

The question is not the about the shifts that have happened but the nature of the Western attitudes that brought this change about.

Perhaps the result of the clear similarity of political behavior, to the extent of matching exactly what was an index of Israel’s position and what Israel kept secret, was reflected directly in the U.S. data, which came from Western diplomats.

And that gave Israel the go-ahead to move toward the West until the equation changed, and what is happening in Egypt has become standard procedure, exhausting the justification of symbols and personalities. These changes and reforms will be noticed clearly, and thus there will be choices for the U.S. outside the influence of Israel.

Between standing on the fence, calls for restraint and the calls for the beginning of a slow transition, there are still dozens of questions left unanswered, but on the whole the manifestations of anxiety have been explained, which may influence future events..

A lot of analysis in the Western media has talked about Israeli concerns, which are shared by Washington, and the fear produced by what is happening in Egypt, in its government and in the pursuit of an independent foreign policy.

Perhaps this analysis demonstrates what remains a mystery and unveils what hangs in the balance in much of what is going on.

However, Hillary Clinton has not said to her diplomats, “Attention … The earth is moving from under us, but we still don’t feel it!”

So the aim of the operation is to circumvent what is going on and thwart any changes in the political structure that could lead to demonstrations in Egyptian cities, particularly as they are eligible to provide alternatives that would definitely conflict with the direction and path of Israeli desires. This is the crux of the matter!

Obama said that he has heard the voices of the Egyptian youth. I really do not doubt it. However, there are those who paraded before him and convinced him of the cause of the panic!
