Obama, the American president that broke the notorious power of the WASPs and became the first black president in American history: Many Americans hung their hopes on this example of the American dream. He has begun to strain and stagger; his opportunity to get a second term has begun to weaken.

America, which is led by Obama, was saved from bankruptcy by a miracle at the beginning of last August, leading the Republican Party to inflict political violence on Obama so that he would give his consent to raising the debt ceiling. Obama is tottering, having received the greatest blow when Rick Perry decided to run for the Republican presidential nomination and jumped into the Republican presidential debates. This major candidate is a sizable threat for Obama.

Perry, then, is the Democrats’ nightmare, having governed Texas since 2000 and being the owner of Texas’ economic miracle; the unemployment rate in Texas, at 8.4 percent is the lowest in the U.S. At a time when jobs and even companies are closing, Texas has created more than a third of the new jobs in America. Gov. Perry’s economic success is supplemented by his relationship to the Jewish lobby, which Perry helped to achieve its goals. Perry has described Obama’s policies in the Middle East as naïve and arrogant, and said that he tolerates the Palestinians and neglects Israel. However, what has endeared Perry to the Jewish lobby is his support for settlement, prompting Obama to take a position supporting Israel in his latest speech to the United Nations.

The Democrats also know that the last nail in the coffin is the tea party movement. This movement was founded two years ago, and its influence has become incredible; they cannot vote for Obama because it was founded in opposition to his economic ideas. This movement broke the monopoly of two parties in a big way in the 2010 elections. Congress is preparing to get behind any Republican candidate, despite any disagreements with them. Conservatives represent more than 70 percent of this movement.

Obama has surprised his enemies, preserving the proof that he is a strong leader of the nation, particularly through the image of bin Laden’s body. However, is it too late for him to benefit by this? We will see in November 2012.
