America is Not Arming Iraq Deliberately

With the United States, Iraq has upheld the 2008 agreement which includes the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq by the end of 2011. However, it is striking that the agreement is free of any U.S. obligations or what might be called “the filling of the void” at the time of the withdrawal. The important question that presents itself relates to the way in which the agreement did not include a provision to commence the training of the Iraqi Air Force and provisions for certain aircraft accessories for the protection of Iraq after the withdrawal since 2008, as they will take over the Iraqi airspace at the end of 2011.

The answer is simple. The Americans did so deliberately. As to why they were not considering finally withdrawing, they didn’t want to. They want to stay, so they still have to create reasons to do so. We say that it is the party or person who signed the agreement which bears the responsibility for the side of the victim in the agreement. The informed specialists involved should have observed and monitored the shortcomings of the agreement. However, the Americans hurriedly signed the agreement for their own benefit, of course, because they benefited from its shortcomings. Today Americans brazenly argue that they have to stay to train the military and air force. This is nothing but an attempt to hold on to Iraq as long as possible.

What is strangest of all concerns how the Americans claim that the training is not easy and requires a long time, extending even into 2020 or 2090. This is a scam and trick which the U.S. uses to deceive all the (politically) naïve. They have a human face, but they’re no different than a donkey. Therefore, all the tricks of the U.S. have become evident to the Iraqi government and parliament which are now showing the intensity and firmness that the Americans generally do not tolerate. The new scam will be the U.S. embassy personnel, which include 16,000 people. This is a bizarre event. The nations and peoples in modern times have known that diplomatic protocol between countries is based on an equal number of members of the diplomatic corps between any two states. If the number of diplomatic members in the Iraqi embassy in Washington is 62, it must be the same number in the U.S. embassy in Baghdad.

But the secret is not that of the 16,000 diplomats and counting. It is that the parliament and the general public refuse to give immunity to supposed U.S. trainers. This prompted Americans to invent a blatant ploy to provide 16,000 spies with CIA diplomatic passports, which imply that they have diplomatic immunity like any other holder of a diplomatic passport. No one has the authority of the Iraqi government, the power of arrest, or accountability when these Americans carry out any espionage or acts contrary to the will of the Iraqis. The question remains as to whether the Iraqi parliament and government will be deceived by the methods the Americans use. In summary, they want to stay at any price and will fulfill their own agendas for Iraq and its people in any way.
