Donald Trump: Mickey Mouse in the American Presidential Race?

Frightening things are happening in American politics at the moment. Last week, a poll revealed that Donald Trump was one of the most well-placed Republicans who could run for president in 2012.

Donald Trump — that’s right, the real estate king whose red hair is nearly as famous as the orangey makeup he sports each time he goes out in public. It is not the first time that “the Donald” has suggested that he would try to get into the White House but now, apparently, he’s got a chance…

Yet apart from multiplying his TV appearances, Trump has not yet done anything to convince anyone. He has not presented a single idea and, for the moment, has settled for… attacking the president by taking up the nauseating argument that the latter is not a real American and was not born in Hawaii. And this is despite the birth certificate that the entire world has been able to see for a long time.

Apparently inclined to enter somewhat questionable territory, Trump also recently said that he has “a great relationship with the blacks.” This was before regretting that “the blacks” all support Obama “because of race.” This has caused a stir among elected officials of color in Washington.

Fortunately, there are still some politicians with common sense, like Democratic Senator Harry Reid, who said that Trump was simply “not presidential caliber.” Trump himself has not yet made a formal decision.

Is the Donald a Mickey Mouse?
