On Nov. 8, 2022, midterm elections were held in the United States. Both inside and outside the country, people were surprised by the results, since the Republicans had expected a "red wave" to prevail in congressional and state elections. Trump, on the other hand, who had thought the results of this race would favor the launch of his presidential campaign for 2024 now finds this in question given that he backed many of the losing candidates. Insiders report that Trump did not choose the best candidates, but the ones most loyal to his cause.
