It is strange that the United States has this huge debt. The U.S. did not find several billion dollars to pay for light-water nuclear power plants. This was meant to provide North Korea with an alternative to its current reactors, which use graphite and which are able to produce the plutonium necessary for the production of a nuclear weapon, although North Korea pledged to close access to its light-water reactors.
The world is not currently filled with screaming and crying because North Korea developed nuclear weapons and long-range missile capable of reaching America’s west coast.
It is clear that North Korea wants everything without consequences. South Korea and Japan became aware of that and refused to contribute to the costs on Washington’s behalf. The reason for this is that they seek to keep North Korea a nuclear power in order to shake down the countries of the region and to find justification for a continuing military presence there. The risk of danger is crumbling in our minds when we contemplate America’s policies in the Middle East and the actions of its officials concerning aid for Egypt.
