The visit of the Secretary of Homeland Security from the United States of America was not to eat mangĂș.

On the closed agenda were many sensitive issues dealing with high intelligence technology and objectives that are being looked at for forming alliances against the combat of the lethal triangle of organized crime: the shipment of drugs, illegal trips and connections that international networks in the country and the zone have.

President Barack Obama is very worried about the so-called “corridor of the Caribbean,” which includes the seas, oceans and coasts of Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Grand Cayman, Curacao and the French, American and English islands where the submarine drug cartels carry five to ten thousand tons of cocaine. The situation is so delicate, Robert Berrigan, the deputy director of special operations for the DEA, made it known in a report that the new cartel of Colombia, “The Brotherhood,” which controls the production of 600 tons of cocaine that are placed annually in American and European markets, has a strong structure.

The United States receives 300 tons of this quantity to supply the demands of its consumers.
In the book “The Cobra” by Frederick Forsyth, page 27 contains a report by Berrigan that says that if every kilo becomes seven thousand grams and consumers pay up to ten dollars per gram, every kilo of pure cocaine ends up being sold for $70,000.

That is an indicator of the billions of dollars that are annually produced by the “The Brotherhood” cartel in the sale of cocaine without quantifying the heroin, which is more expensive and has devastating effects on humans. This criminal organization, with the disappearance of cartels in Medellin, Cali and other small regions, has the complete control of the manufacturing, shipment and sale of cocaine, marijuana and heroin out of Colombia.

The anti-drug agencies in the Caribbean and Europe estimate that 70 percent of crimes committed have links with consumption and drug trafficking.

These are the factors that determine the presence in the Dominican Republic of Napolitano, Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection David V. Aguilar, Assistant Secretary for International Affairs Alan Bersin; and Ambassador Raul Yzaguirre. They will define the policy to be followed for the beginning of service of the Predator, a modern spy plane Predator that made it possible to locate the heads of Islamic terrorism. Although physically the president-elect, Danilo Medina by issue of government protocol was not present. He has in his power everything related to the written agreement and what is most important for synthesizing the treaty delivered by a high-level U.S. emissary in Washington.

Currently, U.S. authorities and justices have everything ready to complete their records as they are being negotiated. Quirino Ernesto Paulino Castillo (The Don) killed Figueroa Paya, and when Paya was killed, his people sang like roosters. American intelligence circles expect more than 70 new deportations to take place, including some leaders of the Navy, Army, Air Force and National Police; former government officials of the Dominican Republican Party and Dominican Liberation Party; businessmen; political leaders; and others.

According to the source, everyone is being properly documented with videos and photos taken by the DEA with satellite systems; sailors were carrying bags of cocaine from boat to boat in the Navy. President Danilo Medina will have to deal with this when he receives requests for extradition.

The visit of Napolitano and her party is an advance while Medina’s oath takes place, says a source in Washington.

We will have to wait and see the final results. Meanwhile in the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic, there have been 20 extraditions filed, and from this group, some have surrendered voluntarily to negotiate.

The Predator spy plane has landed. Napolitano definitely did not come to eat mangĂș. We will wait and see what happens.

Definitivamente Napolitano no vino a comer mangĂč.

Esperemos a ver lo que pasa.
